My week went very well all in all. I had a display at our local Chamber of Commerce business networking event on Tuesday evening that went really well. I met several people that I believe will be helpful to me as I grow my jewelry business. One plans to host a party for me, one wants to have a catalog party and I got an order from another person. Plus I met the director of another women's networking event in our local area and plan to attend that as well. So, not bad at all for a couple of hours worth of work!
I had to go out of town for a business meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday to Lafayette, LA so not much happened with my jewelry business on those days. But I did have some great Cajun food while there, so not a total loss!
The pool at our community clubhouse has opened and we spent a few hours there yesterday afternoon and this afternoon which makes my 9 year old VERY happy and I'm working on building my Summer tan. You know, sterling silver jewelry shows MUCH better against a nice tan!!
